Works perfectly! It might not be the super sturdiest of hair straighteners but the quality is perfect for the price you pay. I love that you can select the temperatures. If you want to straighten all of your hair the straightener will be too small, but as I only have to style my back it is a perfect size. You get a satchel with it to store it in, and a cord for charging. Overall I'm very pleased with it and it turned out exactly as I thought and hoped.
